You are obligated to update your account details promptly if any information changes. 99jl accepts no liability arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 99jl login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 99jl will never ask for your password via any channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 99jl support immediately at [email protected].
As part of our compliance obligations, 99jl may require you to complete a KYC verification process by submitting a valid government-issued identification document (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's licence, or UMID). Full withdrawal access will only be granted upon successful KYC completion. Documents must be current, legible, and unaltered.
The 99jl Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Internet Banking, and Metrobank Online. All transactions are denominated in PHP. No currency conversion fees are charged by 99jl, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification status; please refer to the cashier section of your account for current limits.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published in the cashier section. Standard accounts may expect same-day processing for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals during business hours. VIP-tier accounts receive prioritised or instant processing depending on tier level. 99jl reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
Deposits from accounts not registered in your own name are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be refunded to the originating account and the associated wagers voided. Use of the 99jl Platform for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime is a criminal offence and will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
All bonuses and promotions offered by 99jl are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as playthrough requirements) which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry date for each promotion are specified in the individual promotion's terms, which are considered an integral part of these Terms.
99jl employs fraud detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting game mechanics to reduce variance while wagering bonus funds, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to abuse referral or cashback structures. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus balances voided and may be permanently suspended.
Bonuses are offered at 99jl's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. Bonuses not claimed or wagered within their published validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated or compensated.
All games available on the 99jl Platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios. Random Number Generators (RNGs) used in applicable games are independently tested and certified to ensure provably fair outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are published within the respective game information panels.
In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and 99jl's server records, the server records shall be the definitive and authoritative record of the game outcome. Technical malfunctions void all bets and pays for the affected game rounds. 99jl accepts no liability for interrupted gameplay caused by your network connection, device failure, or power outage.
Sports betting markets are settled according to the official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIBA for basketball, PBA for Philippine professional basketball, UFC for mixed martial arts). In cases where official results are disputed or pending, 99jl reserves the right to suspend settlement until the matter is resolved.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99jl Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, adapt, transmit, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 99jl Platform shall first be referred to 99jl's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through support channels within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prejudice 99jl's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
